Refund and Returns Policy

  • Our policy for returns and authorization will be as follows for all products.
  • Please note that we may change the policies governing orders refunds and authorization for our products occasionally.
  • So please check the terms and conditions applicable at the time of ordering.
Product return
  • If you wish to return your product, you must send it back to us within 5 days of receiving your order and pay the shipping fee
  • If it has been 5 days since your item was delivered unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Exchange return of products
  • To be eligible for returns.
  • Not productive fit.
  • The product may be defective.
  • Your item must fit and be in the condition you received it with brand tags not altered by you and not damaged.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The products to be returned must be in good condition without any dust, odor, perfume, stains, scratches, torn or damaged.
  • If you purchased the product as a set it must be replaced as a complete set.
  • If the stock is not available in the same condition and your exchange cannot be completed we will make sure to exchange it for another product.
  • We will not offer you the option of exchange if the product is returned defective or
    completely damaged condition.
  • We do not provide any compensation or refund.
  • If a product does not meet these conditions then unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund for them.
For cancellation
  • Cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped. Once the product is shipped, the cancellation is not valid.
